After an extensive review of the Recreational and Marine Division, Enns Brothers has made the decision to sell the Division to the FFUN Group of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The anticipated close date for the transaction is August 21, 2023.

With this sale agreement, several locations will see changes to product line offerings over the coming weeks. See below for impacted locations and important dates.
Rec & Marine Parts Sales – Oak Bluff and Portage Locations
Effective July 24, 2023: Recreational and Marine parts sales activity and availability will be restricted to seasonal and consumable over-the-counter products. If needed, parts that aren’t available can be transferred in from Winnipeg East for sale, however there will be a 24-hour delay in having them delivered to Oak Bluff or Portage. Additionally, non-seasonal parts can still be purchased, however it will take 24 hours to have the parts transferred in.
Effective August 8, 2023: All Recreational and Marine parts sales at Oak Bluff and Portage will no longer be available. We would encourage you to contact our Winnipeg East or Steinbach locations for continued parts sales and support.
Rec & Marine Service Sales – Oak Bluff and Portage Locations
Effective July 31, 2023: Recreational and Marine service work will be only available on a case-by-case basis. The early close is necessary to ensure units currently under repair are completed and returned to you prior to the anticipated close on August 21, 2023. Smaller repair jobs may be accepted depending on required parts availability and technician workload. As an alternative, the service shop at Winnipeg East will remain open throughout the transition and will be available to work with you to suit your needs as best as possible.

John Deere, Stihl & Traeger at Winnipeg East
The FFUN Group will be taking over operations at our Winnipeg East dealership (925 Lagimodiere Blvd.) and the sale agreement does not include the John Deere, Stihl and Traeger product lines. To accommodate that, these lines are being re-allocated to the other Enns Brothers dealerships located in Steinbach and Oak Bluff, Manitoba.
Effective August 4, 2023: John Deere, Stihl and Traeger sales, service and support activity will no longer be available at the Winnipeg East dealership.
August 21, 2023: FFUN Motorsports Opening Date in Headingley, Winnipeg East, Portage and Kenora.
