Our Doors Re-Open To Controlled Access - Effective May 4

To Our Valued Customers,

The province has determined that the risk of community transmission of the novel coronavirus has been sufficiently reduced to support a gradual lessening of restrictions. As a result, effective Monday May 4th at 8am, our doors will once again be open with controlled access to in-store parts and service.

What Does “Controlled Access” mean?

Access to the Parts and Service desks in the store will be limited to those who are feeling well, have not travelled in the past 14 days and have not been around anyone who tested positive for the virus. Physical distancing is still in effect and customers are required to maintain a 2 meter (6 foot) distance from employees and other customers in the store.

The number of customers we are able to have in the building at one time is limited and based on provincial guidelines related to the size of the store. This may mean that you will see people lined up outside to get in. Because there will be only a few people in the store at one time, we anticipate that any line up will move quickly.

But Why Not Skip the Line, Every Time!

 Our customers have embraced the simple and easy online, text or phone ordering processes we have implemented. So many of you have used these services and provided positive feedback, that we have added resources to match demand. For the most efficient experience, we encourage all customers to continue ordering by phone or text and your parts will be available for curbside pickup when you arrive at the store. If you have not tried our phone/text/online parts service – give it a try. No waiting, no line up, we’ll bring out your parts and you can get on with your day! The MyDealer online portal is also available to meet your needs 24/7 from the comfort of your home.

Can I still purchase Turf and Recreational Equipment?

Absolutely! Because there can only be a limited number of people in the store at one time, we have set up outdoor showrooms for you to browse our inventory of turf and recreational equipment in the fresh air, without waiting in line to get into the store. Our knowledgeable product specialists are available in the outdoor showroom to answer all your questions and help you choose the right equipment for your needs.

What if I have equipment being repaired in the shop?

To safeguard the health and well-being of our technicians, we continue to have limited access to the shop. All direct access points are closed to the public and compounds/yards remain closed. Any customer requiring access for an inspection of their own equipment should call for an appointment and we will be able to accommodate escorted access to the shop. A distance of 2 meters from the employees at all times is required.
